I didn't go with the usuall highway pegs, I found some highway boards, made by EMGO, that I got through my Dealer.   They work great and are very versatile.   When I'm on the open road, I fold them back and put my feet on top of them and it is very comfortable (I did however mount the rubber parts from the stock footpegs on these highway boards to keep my feet from slipping off).

I have had 13 motorcycles, and these highway boards are the most comfortable things I've ever had for long rides.

Note:    These floorboards were purchased from J.C. Whitney (part #06GJ3353U, $29.50, catalog #77J)   They are not marked with the EMGO label in the catalog.
