The fit was perfect, the finish also and at $39.95, very reasonable for such a large piece of billet.  Since it is aluminum and mounts flush with the rectifier fins, it also aids in heat dissipation.  Also, it can be mounted with or without the F&S rectifier cover.  Without, the plate covers the entire front of the rectifier and mount. With the F&S cover, the edges of the mount will also show chrome.

I received it within days of ordering it, and the service was great.  I'm very satisfied and will be purchasing the reservoir covers they offer also.
